i remember going to her house and just spending time with her i was sixteen years old and we were on our way to move to michigan i miss her very much she was a great person and had a kind heart to everyone.

I am sorry I didn't get around to signing this guestbook sooner but I didn't realize that obituary you sent me had both a front and back to it. I was thinking about Mary today (October 12,2010) and re-read the obituary you sent me and realized that it was two sided, so I wanted to write something about someone That I dearly loved. She meant the world to me and she will always remain in my heart. I can only pray she is at peace and missed by all that knew her. I know she will be in my heart forever.

My deepest sympathies to you all at this difficult time. I know it's hard losing a loved one because I too lost Breda just days before Mary passed away and find it very hard.  The only consolation we have is that their suffering is over and that they are now in Heaven together. Our thoughts and prayers are with ye all.

I'm sorry I can't come back right away, and will miss the funeral.  I'm in Nepal assisting in a global pandemic mitigation workshop.  
Your Mom was my second mother.  She was one of the major influencers in my life for the better, and I am a better person because of her.  The same is probably true of everyone who knew her, and there is a major hole in my soul right now with her passing.
When you, Randa and your mother came to visit in Hawaii, the first thing she said to me, her greeting, was ""Namiste.""  I am constantly reminded of her by everyone here in Nepal who grret me the same way each day., and I immediately remember her smile.
Please let me know if I can do anything.  The word ""Condolences"" somehow isn't enough, but please accept mine.  I hope your family has peace in your soul.

I am sure you spent a lot of energy during her last days, she was lucky to pass away at home with her dearest around her.

On behalf of myself and my family at large especially those who have been touched by knowing our dear Mary, we extend our very deep sympathies and warm condolences on her loss.  God wanted to spare her the pain.

I am sorry to hear about your Mom passing away, on behalf of Estela and I, please accept our most sincere condolences to you and your family.  Tom had mentioned several weeks ago that she was very ill, I remember her dearly from the retiring-farewell party we had for you and Ken at Magpie.  Your Mom kept asking me to dance so we started buffing the floor with twists and turns and on a small break Estela approaches my ear and questions; do you know who you are dancing with?  I replied,  a very charming and lovely lady with a whole lot of energy. Estela said after???that??Ts Bill??Ts Mom.  I looked at Estela with surprise and pause, Oh really?  Then another merengue songs starts up and your Mom comes around and says lets go and I quickly responded to her invite. All right, let??Ts show Bill who the real dancer of the Veach family is???

Mary was a vibrant and free spirited woman.  I was blessed to have known her.  I pray for comfort for her family in knowing how many lives Mary touched and what a full and vibrant life she led.  She will be missed.  With love - Pam and Ryan

Mary was, simply put, one of the best people I knew. I am so grateful that our paths crossed in 1994 at CSU and for each opportunity we had to spend time together in the years since. She had a greater impact on me than she likely ever knew and I will miss her very much.

To Mary's Family and Children:
As a young college student at CSU in 1982, Mary came into my life and we began a long friendship. She ""advised"" me through college like a mother especially after the birth of my first child, Chantal, born in 1986 -two months before graduation and after I married in 1987. I will not forget her advice, her kindness, her cooking when my large family came to visit, our discussions about politics, and of course, I will not forget her strength and her beautiful spirit. I will miss her greatly but her memory lies in my heart. Mary, what a beautiful, sweet, caring, fun, wonderful person to have had in our lives.  A friend AND relative in one! Somehow, even from another state and battling health issues, she always found time to check on me and see how I was doing.  A true example of grace, Mary is an inspiration to us all.

To Mary's Family,
You have our deepest sympathy and prayers.  I had the good fortune of working and knowing your mom at Larimer County Commissioners Office quite a few years ago.  
She was a wonderful friend and co-worker.  She will be dearly missed.

We are so glad we were able to spend a wonderful weekend in Las Vegas with Aunt Mary in October, 2008 for my brotherâ???Ts wedding. We will miss you Mary but now you are free and with Uncle Garth forever.

Aunt Mary, you will surely be missed by our family and all the others you have touched. You were always there for me and our family with kind words, a great smile and and most of all, love. I think about you often and all the great memories we had growing up, and will continue to think of you always. I wished we had lived closer to all of you so that our families could have shared more memories together. Maybe we can rekindle our ties in the future, Aunt Mary would have liked that. Mary will always hold a special place in my heart because she gave my brother back to me. She brought the laughter and drowl humor back. I told her many times that if it hadn't been for her, he would have dried up and died. The two of them were a perfect pair. Mary and Joanie would talk for hours on the phone about everything going on in their lives. She was such a joy to be with. Our granddaughter and Mary had a bond with their love for animals. Mary encouraged Paige to persue her love for animals by becoming a veterinary technician. Last year we spent time with Mary, and my cousin Marna and her husband John here in Minnesota. We also were with Mary in Vegas, in October, for the wedding of our son, Jeff and his new wife, Pam. Whenever we were together with her, it was a time filled with love and laughter. I am greiving but as one close friend advised me....you will get comfortabe with the greiving one day.  I miss my mother, best freind, and all of the laghter, tears and insight.  She gave me the best gifts of humanity, love, and humor that I cherish.  She taught me more about love, compasion, humilty; strength and the importance of laughter and real freindship..forgiveness and corage. Consideration, honesty, The list goes on...I held her hand during her fianl  breathe.  She was there for my first.  she is and always be my little mommy with a huge heart and couragious spirit.
