Born in Greeley on May 14, 1940 Maxine was daughter to Rheinhold and Alvina Croissant, sister to Clarence Croissant and mother to Trent Hager, Debra Cawley as well as Tia and Tiffany Tyrrell.
She raised her children with love and devotion in Fort Collins where she met and later married her husband of 41 years, Jack Tyrrell. Maxine was grandmother to Ryan, Nathan and Zachary Adair as well as Shaylyn Cawley of whom she doted on every chance she could.
In addition to her parents, Maxine was predeceased by her two sisters Arlene and Lorene.
Maxine graduated from Greeley Central High School in 1958. She spent the early part of her career as a Loan Officer, practicing for 25+ before joining Jack in the operation of their trucking company which is still in operation today. For many years, Jack and Maxine would take their RV to Arizona during the winter months of Colorado where they enjoyed time with friends. They also enjoyed many trips to La Penita, Mexico where they’ve shared a casita with her son and daughter in law. While in Colorado, one would find Maxine spending as much time as she could with friends and family. This includes a weekly dinner tradition with friends spanning over 30 years. In her down time, Maxine enjoyed creating diamond dots, coloring, and snuggling with her beloved four-legged friend, Zoey.
