

Ozzie was a hardworking man who loved his family dearly.
He was a graduate of Cheyenne High School and a devout patriot who served his country for 7 years in the Wyoming Air National Guard.
Ozzie married Marilyn Bauer on September 6, 1959.
He started his career with his uncle Albert Benson at Al’s Auto and Truck Parts where he was employed for 21 years. The business was sold in 1971 to Action Automotive Inc. He continued his career with Balcaen’s Auto Parts in Cheyenne. He later relocated to Northern Colorado until his retirement in 2001.
Ozzie attended First Congregational Church in Greeley. He was a member of the Cheyenne Rods & Customs for 29 years where he became an honorary member. He was also a member of the National Street Rod Association.
Ozzie was preceded in death by his parents, Orval and Lavone Williams.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Williams of Greeley; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Ricky Williams of Aurora, Colorado and Todd and Patricia Williams of Broomfield, Colorado; a granddaughter, Christina William of Broomfield; a caring, dearest close family member, Maureen Murphy of West Palm Beach, Florida; cousin and true brother, Albert (Jackie) Benson of Montrose, Colorado and cousins in Wyoming, Colorado and California.
Memorial services will be Saturday, 1:30 p.m. at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes with Pastor Jonathan Wretlind officiating.
Following the services will be a celebration of his life at the American Legion Post #6, 2001 East Lincolnway, Cheyenne.
