I remeber Ray since he moved to Spooner, WI and started, I think it was, 3rd grade.  We were best friends through high school.  We had lots of fun together.  We made model airplanes and later rode motorcycles together.  He was a great friend.  Unfortunately, after high school, we went our own ways and didn't see each other very often. I missed him then and I'll miss him even more now. I have some pictures of Ray and I together having fun.  If the family would like copies of them, please let me know.
PS: When Mom and I, Susie - Glenn's daughter, saw the picture of Ray, both of us thought how much he looked like Glenn. I understand that they didn't look like each other when they were younger, but my how time changes things.  You have our Deepest Sympathies.

Even over the miles I thought a lot of Ray and wish the family well during this difficult time.  Please be sure to let us know when the service will be in Spooner.

Mr. Perkins (as he was known to most of us Filipinos) was a very kind and good man. He was almost always with us in our Filipino gatherings and he mingled with us very well,just like one of us. He will be missed by the Filipino community.  May God bless him and may he rest in peace.

I met Ray through my wonderful wife Betty.She shared many things of him,and especially enjoyed the meals together with him and several co workers while they worked at CSU.He was a kind ,very loving man.We all will miss him.

Ray was my friend and also my supervisor at CSU.  We shared many hours talking when his wife was sick back in the 70's. and then later when she was ill. He was the best friend anyone could ask for and he will be missed very much.

May Ray and all your family find peade as you go forward.

Rest in peace.  You'll be missed by everyone.

You will be missed in our community, Philippines. You're such a friendly and caring person.

We'll never forget Ray's caring friendly nature.  We're so pleased to have known Ray and will treasure the talks he shared with us.
