Grandma was a wonderful and warm person in my life. I will always remember her playing the guitar while all of us grandkids danced around singing ""Skip to My Lou"" or some other favorite. She made the BEST pancakes/flapjacks in the whole wide world. Although she was a tough prarie woman, she had the softest lap to sit on and always a kiss and hug to fix whatever was wrong. I know she knew how much she was loved and truly, that is all that any of us could ask for in this life.
