T'was so great to see you all, Kay,Gaye,Tina,Bob,Jody,Bobbie Shawna and Justin.(Jody and Bob, I only met you once so very long ago. I just remember that Bob was a runner which I still try but not as often as I should). Stella was sooooo proud of all of you! What she gave to me was the courage as a 31 yr. old single mom of 2 to be tenacious, forthright and to have fun. What an inspiration. I could not have kept my job as a division clerk without her, 'cause as usual she helped me separate the realities from the smoke screens(and always with her little guffaw!). I loved her and will miss her very much. She was so fortunate to have such talented offspring who shared their lives with her. Thank you so much for including me in your lives. I think I already shared enough of the antictdotes at the memorial. If I think of more, please e-mail me so I can write and I'll let you know. Shauna, I will give Kelly your nos. and address this weekend when she comes up to visit. Take care of each other.

I saddened to hear about your mom.  I had occasionally looked in to see if she was still at the nursing home when I drove to Greeley to visit my grandma, who is in the same building.  I saw her there first when I was wheeling Grandma to the cafeteria.  Of course your mom didn't recognize me or respond.  It made me quite sad as I remember how vibrant she was.  I thought of you all and how hard it would be on you.  It is always so hard finally to be an orphan, no matter how old we are.  I know you won't get over missing her; somehow we just get used to it.  I hope you are all well and at peace.  I'd love to hear from you.

Hello to you all.  I was sad to see in this mornings paper that Stella has passed.  Although I didn't know her well, I had visited with her several times as you know.  And I was actually just talking with Susie about her in the last couple days, and the brief time in which she, my mother, and myself all worked at the courthouse.  I guess it's nice to know that some people are common threads of life, regardless of how large or small their roles.  I'm glad that I was able to be in her company last week with Kay, at lunch.  Please know we are thinking of you and Stella.
