

Steven was born on November 11, 1977, in Westminster, California, to Alfred “Marty” Rowe and Deborah Danduran. In 1980, Steven moved with his family to Colorado and later spent time living in Texas, where he met the love of his life, Susan Lee. Their relationship grew into a strong partnership built on love and devotion. In 2017, Steven and Susan moved to Greeley, Colorado, where they built a life together and were married on October 7, 2018.
Steven was known as a hardworking and dedicated man who took great pride in providing for his family. Over the years, he worked as a landscaper and a derrick hand before later working in package delivery alongside his wife and mother. No matter the job, Steven approached his work with determination, strength, and a willingness to do whatever it took to support those he loved.
Family was the center of Steven’s world. He was a devoted husband, loving son, proud father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, nephew, and loyal friend. He had a big heart and a personality that could light up any room. Steven loved deeply and made sure the people in his life knew how important they were to him.
Steven had a deep love for the outdoors. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, camping, fishing, and spending time in nature whenever he could. He also enjoyed attending church and valued the sense of faith and community it brought to his life. At home, he loved spending time with his beloved dogs, Bailey and Diamond, who brought him great joy and companionship.
Among the many people who meant so much to Steven, he shared a particularly special bond with his granddaughter, Cali, who held a very special place in his heart.
Steven was preceded in death by his brothers, Sam Rowe and Keith Rowe; his sister, Gretchen Rowe; and his son, Wallace Judalet.
He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Rowe; his parents, Alfred “Marty” Rowe and Deborah Danduran; his daughters, Amanda Dickerson, Jackie Dickerson, and Jessica (Phillip) Holt; his sons, Collin (Sierra) Holt and Brendyn (Avery) Holt; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who meant the world to him.
Steven will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love for his family, and the warmth and laughter he brought into the lives of those around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
