As an AZ State Delegate to the National Convention I will always remember Tom being on hand to shake hands and personally welcome delegates as they deplaned the Denver airport for the convention. He was such a personable person. 
May his soul rest in peace and peace be with his family at this sad time.

I have wonderful childhood memories of walking home from school and waving to Tom, Peggy and of course Fred the dog. Tom was so very friendly and who could miss those smiling eyes. He will be missed. Sending my thoughts and prayers to your family.
