i got to thinking about  mr nottingham i did not no he had passed away he treated me good and was a good man

Edye, Trish, Vicky and Janet. I just saw online the story of the Bears game at Nottingham Field. I had no doubt that it was named for Vic. I am so sorry to have missed the notice of his passing. Your family has always held a special place in my heart. I have so many womderful memories of spending time with all of you as neighbor, babysitter and friend. I will never forget Vic teaching me to waterski by running around in the backyard pulling the rope and then taking us to Horsetooth for the real thing. My thoughts and prayers will always be with you.

My Dear Vicki,  For the many years that we have been friends it was always a pleasure to see your parents (Vic and Edye).  Although our paths haven't crossed a lot through the later years, I know that your father loved his ""girls"".  I remember especially the early days that we were going for lunch and I came to Douglass Roofing, there was your father lighting up the office with his big personality.  He always had something to tease me about.  He was a great Greeley icon, always in support of the city happenings.  We wish you peace in the memories of your Father and sympathy to your Mother and sisters, Tricia and Janet.

      Donn and I were so sorry to hear of Vic's passing and send our love and prayers to your family. I was thinking about how we all at one time in our lives meet someone who touches our lives in some small way and Vic did that for us. We always thought he was the sweetest, most gentle man and loved seeing him at the football games. We know now that he has the best seat in the house! Edye, we admire you and even though we didn't know you both on a more personal level, we always had the upmost love and respect for you both.
