Victoria married Kenneth E. Aragon Sr. on July 4, 1949 in Colorado before moving to New Jersey in 1952. They spent many happy years raising their family of seven in New Jersey before returning to Colorado to start a family business in 1977. Victoria worked at Hewlett Packard from 1982 – 1997 and the family business KEA from its inception until 2022 when the business was sold. She was a woman of great faith and was a member of the St. Mary Parish in Greeley. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed.
Victoria relished her time at the”hill,” also known as Black Hawk, where she could be found in the company of her favorite slot machines. These trips provided a nice bonding memory for her sisters, mother, and other family members. One of Victoria’s favorite pastimes was assembling puzzles, a hobby she enjoyed for many years. Victoria liked to crochet and embroider, and she created many beautiful pieces that she shared with her family. Victoria had a passion for travel and was fortunate to have visited Europe, Alaska, Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean. She made us laugh and still chuckle when we think about the 50th surprise birthday party that she threw for her husband, Ken. The true surprise was actually when she realized that Ken year turned 49, not 50 that year! Victoria left us with many great memories of a life well-lived.
Victoria is survived by her six children, Kenneth (Janet) Aragon Jr., Nancy Aragon, Paul Aragon, Steven (Kimberly) Aragon, Janet (Billy) Brazill, and Angela (Matt) Jockers; twelve grandchildren, Denny (Patty) Gyurisin, Nicole (AJ) Swamy, Catherine (Eric) Gossar, David (Nicole) Aragon, Peter (Nora) Aragon, Christine (Collin) Peare, Kenneth (Angela) Aragon, Abigail Aragon, Danielle Martin, Alex Martin, Matthew Jockers and Audrey Jockers; and seven great-grandchildren, Tyler, Jayden, River, Koen, Luca, Nathan and Cameron.
