Virgil Richard Bullock, 68, of Loveland passed away October 16, 2014. Virgil was born on October 13, 1946 in Grand Rapids, MN to Virtice and Myrtle (VanCampen) Bullock. He married Phyllis Bristor and they have been married for 41 years.
Virgil worked for the Thompson School district for 21 years and the Berthoud Recreational Department for 10 years. He helped with basketball and was very involved with the community recreation center. Virgil was a member of the Church of Christ. He loved fishing, and hunting.
Virgil was one of ten siblings and is survived by his wife, Phyllis; stepson Todd Mayo; stepdaughters Kelley (LeRoy) Albee and Tammy Paulley and fiancé Rod; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his stepson Troy Mayo.
Viewing will be held at 9:30am on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 followed by the Funeral Service at 10:00am at Allnutt Funeral Service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in Virgil’s name.
