Wilma was born on January 3, 1927, in Windsor, to George and Katherine (Winter) Winder. She married Carl Swanson on February 9, 1947. Wilma was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Windsor for 75 years. She will be remembered for her kindness, sense of humor, and spirit.
She is preceded in death by her parents George and Katherine Winder, husband Carl Swanson, son Rick Swanson, sisters Esther Fry, Lorraine Bungart, Millie Jacoby, and brothers Albert Winder, Lloyd Winder, and Walter Winder.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Memorial services for Wilma will be held Friday, June 20, 2025, at 10:30 AM at First United Methodist Church, 503 Walnut St, Windsor, CO 80550, followed by a reception. Arrangements handled by Allnutt Funeral Home in Greeley.
