Barbara Jean Eastham

She was born March 15, 1933 in Greencastle the daughter of Lawrence and Alice (Hinkle) Alexander. Was a graduate of Greencastle High School “Class of 1951” and had attended Butler University.

Barbara was a homemaker and a member of the Over 50 Club, where she enjoyed playing bingo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Eastham; parents and step-mother, Betty Alexander; and a half brother, Ray Bill Hinkle.

She is survived by her children, Larry Eastham, Terry (Tammy) Eastham; and Sherrell Eastham; five grandchildren, Julena (Shannon) Garner, Nick (Marcy) Eastham, Jimmie Eastham, Jennifer (Jason) Hague, and Brock Eastham; and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 10, 2017 at the Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, November 9th at the funeral home.
