Born March 21, 1925 in Stuart, Virginia, the daughter of Penn Bower and Fannie Alphie (Hart) Scott.
Hattie was a homemaker and had been a cook at Bainbridge Elementary School for 23 years. She was a member of Greencastle Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Keith Folck; daughter Carolyn Girton; sons Larry, Donald, Dale, and Joseph Folck; five sisters; and two brothers.
Hattie is survived by her children, Dennis (Starlet) Folck, Ronnie Folck, James Folck, and Linda (Terry) Cox; sister Jerline Aylsworth; 17 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at the Fillmore Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until time of service on Tuesday.
