Born January 17, 1938 in Eminence, she was the daughter of Harold Maurice “HM” and Eulalia Ruth (Maxwell) Cox and was a graduate of Eminence High School “Class of 1956”.
Jacqueline had worked at Kroger in Greencastle for over 20 years, retiring in 2000. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, Anytime Fitness, and Prime Timers Club at Greencastle Christian Church.
She is survived by her children, Laura Eastham, Jenny (Sonny) Lowe, and Wes (Mandy) Trout; a brother, Charles Cox; brother-in-law, Roger Burrill; daughter-in-law, Shawn Ruhl; grandchildren, Julena (Shannon) Garner, Nick (Marcy) Eastham, Brock (Cheyenne) Eastham, Shane Lowe, Jesse (Jessica) Lowe, Lacey Lowe, Jeremy Brock, Madison Trout, Lauren Trout, Preston Rhea, Matthew Crittenden, Ashley Richards, and Tyler Huxford and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Gene Brock in 1962 and Charles Hall in 2011; a son, Alan Brock; her parents; and a sister, Darlene Burrill.
Due to the COVID pandemic, private services will be held at a later date.
