Kathryn S Willer

She was born in Williamsport, Indiana on May 8, 1949 to Elinor (Kenworthy) and Lewis Allen. Kathy attended Rainsville Grade School and was valedictorian at Pine Village High School where she met the love of her life, Ted Willer. Ted and Kathy were married in 1970 . They were blessed to gain two children, Josh Willer (40) and Annie Willer (34).

Kathy was a beautiful soul who loved music. She was accepted into the School of Music at Indiana University, where she majored in elementary education. Kathy also loved knitting, quilting, working in her garden, and taking care of the animals on their cattle farm in Greencastle. Most importantly, Kathy loved being a mother. You could often find her talking about or supporting her family in any way possible.

Kathy was an active member of Greencastle Christian Church where she played the piano and sang in the church choir. She was a lady who always looked for ways to help others.

Survivors include her husband, her two children, and a sister Karen Loos. She was preceded in death by her parents.

There will be a celebration of life at Greencastle Christian Church on Wednesday, January 11th beginning with a viewing at 11:00 am and a Celebration of Life at 1:00 pm.

There will also be a graveside service at Boone Hutcheson Cemetery
