Ruth Lee Vicars

Ruth Lee Vicars, 73, of Greencastle passed away Monday, March 18, 2019, at Asbury Towers surrounded by her family. Ruth was born in Elmhurst, Illinois on June 25, 1945, the daughter of Marvin Albert and Grace R (Loomis) Rusteberg, and was a graduate of Fenton High School in Bensenville, Illinois. Survivors include her daughter, Bonnie Smith, (husband-George), Greencastle; four grandchildren, Landon, Hunter, and Grace Smith, and Hector Lezama; and a great grandson, Arlo Oliver. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Lara Vicars; and a brother, Marvin W. Rusteberg. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 23, 2019, at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until time of service. Family will receive friends at their home following services.
