

Wanda was born on August 16, 1943 in Osage, West Virginia to Ben Cooper and Sally Snowden Cooper.
She had previously been employed as a Lead person with Van Camp Hardware Distribution Center, now True Value.
Wanda was the co-owner of Visiting Angels where she worked alongside her husband and daughters providing in home care for senior citizens and the elderly in the community.
She also was co-owner of The Maids house cleaning services in Greencastle.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Kathy Warren; a grandson, Ricky Johnson; and a brother, Charles Cooper.
Surviving are her husband of 31 years, Pat Kelley; children, Kim Ellis, Nathan Lowe, Tiffani Fishburn and husband Marc, Denise Kelley, Brenda Kelley and husband Steven, Annie Kelley, Steffany Baker, and Tasha Kelley; four siblings, Maggie Jesse and husband Roy, Roy Cooper and wife Zelda, Bill Helmick and wife Verna, Annis Lewis and husband Walter; four grandchildren, Aleecha Hamlin, Heather Berens, Nicklaus Warren, and Abby Ogborn; and five great-grandchildren, Shan Shafer, Tevin Hamlin, Kaydence Baldwin, Audrianna Johnson and Kynnliegh Hamlin.
Memorials in Wanda’s memory may be shared with the American Cancer Society.
