Mr. Alan Dale Giddings, 46, a resident of Greensboro died Tuesday September 17, 2013 at Moses H. Cone Hospital. Alan was born July 19, 1967 in Fayetteville, the son of Jack Shelton Giddings and Bonnie Faye Watts Giddings. He was a brick mason by trade.
Alan was preceded in death by one sister, Deborah Ward and two brothers, Gary Shelton Giddings and Michael Ward.
He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Faye Watts Giddings of Greensboro; his father and step-mother, Jack Shelton Giddings and wife Betty-Jo of Macon GA; two brothers, Robert Louis Giddings of Macon, GA, Tony Ward of New York and one sister, Tina Louise Ward of New York.
Graveside services will be held Friday, September 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery conducted by the Reverend Dr. Adrian Harris. Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel
