

Mr. Amos Bullock, Jr. 93, of Greensboro, died Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Whitestone Masonic and Easter Star Home.
A graveside service will be held Monday, 1:00 p.m., at Guilford Memorial Park by Rev. Mark Brainerd and Rev. Sam Perkins. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Amos was born November 21, 1920 in Greensboro, the son of Sampson Amos Bullock and Olive Frances Hall Bullock.
Amos was a US Army veteran serving as a radio tech during WWII. He retired from Justice Drug Company in 1986 with 50 years of service where he was the data process director. Amos was a member of Masonic Lodge #79 for 50 years where he was a Shriner and belonged to the Scottish Rite. He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and enjoyed gardening, puzzles of all types and woodworking.
In addition to his parents, Amos was preceded in death by his brother, Marion Bullock.
Surviving are his wife, Gladys Williams Bullock, several nieces and a nephew.
Friends will be received following the memorial service in the church fellowship hall.
