A funeral service will be held Thursday, 2:00 p.m., at Ebenezer Lutheran Church by Pastor Joshua Haugen. Interment will follow at Guilford Memorial Park.
Aubrey was born January 7, 1923 in Randolph Co., the son of Charles Harris Cranford and Bulice Bagby Davis Cranford.
Aubrey was a member of Ebenezer Lutheran Church for over 60 years and a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps.
In addition to his parents, Aubrey was preceded in death by his wife Rose of 57 years, and nine siblings.
Surviving are his daughter, Patricia Meadows of High Point; sister, Anona Socci of Portsmouth, NH; brothers Allen Ray Cranford of Locust Grove, AR and Marvin Eugene Cranford of Greensboro; grandchildren, Roy William Pine, and his wife Robin, and Jesse Wayne Meadows; great grandchildren, Carina Rose Meadows, Cady Banker Pine and Aubrey Louis Pine.
Family and friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the church.
