The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 am Tuesday April 9, 2013 at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 am in Guilford Memorial Park followed by a reception at the funeral home.
GeeGee was preceded in death by her son, Alan Dwight Carroll; parents, George R. and Margaret Edwards Melvin; and sister, Becky Davenport.
She is survived by her loving husband, Dwight C. Carroll; son Doug Carroll and wife Jamie and grandsons, Michael and Jonathan Carroll all of Round Rock, TX.; and niece, Susan Metz of Springfield, TN
