Charles “Chuck” H. Morrisette, 68, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at his home. He was born on August 1, 1949 in Pasquotank County, NC, the son of Wirgman Cason (Turk) and Ann Katherine Miller Morrisette. Chuck served his country in the US Air Force. He was a fireman with the Guilford College Fire Department and also worked with other fire departments in other areas. Chuck
loved to garden and was an avid collector of die cast trucks. He loved to collect art especially Bob Timberlake prints. He was a loving father, step father, and friend to many. He will be deeply missed.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl Ann of the home; step children, Jimmy Schmidt and wife Ann of Thomasville, NC, Bryan Schmidt and wife Renee of Marlboro, MA and Brandi Karlick of Boone, NC; step grandchildren, Zackary, Alyssa, Isabella, and Liliana.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, 2:00 pm at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
