A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday March 4, 2016, at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel, 6000 West Gate City Boulevard. Interment will follow in Guilford Memorial Park.
Frankie was born July 3, 1959, in Randolph Co., NC to Carl and Bobbie Cross. He retired from Lorillard after 28 years of service. He loved fishing and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Mr. Cross was preceded in death by his sister, Carla Sue and his niece, Kimberly Greeson. In addition to his parents he is survived by his son, Joseph Cross and wife Ashley of McLeansville; grandson, Blake Cross; sisters, Debbie Cross, BJ Cross and brother, Brad Cross all of Greensboro. Also surviving are his great niece and great nephew, Dylan and Abby Greeson.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m., prior to the service at the funeral home.
