A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 8, 2013 at Westminster Gardens.
Mrs. Tolbert was a member of Lake Brandt Baptist Church. She retired from P. Lorillard with 30 years of service. She enjoyed gardening, spending time in the Blue Ridge Mountains and most of all being with her family. Mrs. Tolbert was preceded in death by her husband, Darnell Tolbert.
Mrs. Tolbert is survived by her son, Dale Tolbert (Teresa) of Stokesdale, grandchildren; Stacy Tolbert (Jennifer) of Greensboro, Nicole Tickle (Roger) of Stokesdale, great-grandchildren; Shelby, Trevor and Alyssa, brother, Brad Vass (Nell) of W. VA, and sister, Georgie Lewis (Avery) of Indiana.

The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Thursday at Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home N. Elm St.
