Lindsay was a devoted wife to David Cloer for 18 years and found great joy in being a loving mother to their two boys. Her unwavering love and support for her family and community were deeply rooted in her strong faith in Jesus. Alongside her husband and children, she was an active member of Westover Church in Greensboro, NC, where they both taught Sunday School.
A proud graduate of Wesleyan Christian Academy, Lindsay went on to earn a degree from Guilford Technical Community College. She dedicated 24 years as an Office Manager for Hasco, Inc., while also running her photography business, Shot by Cloer, specializing in weddings and family portraits. Lindsay was passionate about serving her community, volunteering with Greater Greensboro Youth for Christ and contributing to the church's Sunday School and Awana programs.
Lindsay is preceded in death by her grandparents, Wyllis and Margaret Rheingrover, and Ernest and Ruth Benson; her mother-in-law, Paulette Cloer; and uncles, Gary and James Rheingrover.
She is survived by her loving husband, David Cloer; her sons, Timothy and Joshua Cloer; her parents, Arnold and JoAnn Benson; her brother, Brian Wright; sisters-in-law, Gina Wright and Rebecca Matney; brother-in-law, Jason Cloer; Father-in-law, Hoyt Cloer Jr and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

A public celebration of Lindsay's life will take place on November 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Westover Church, located at 505 Muirs Chapel Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410.
