A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 13th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Guilford Memorial Park.
She was born August 1, 1927, in Winston Salem, to the late John and Annie Reeves White. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, James William Harper, Sr. and a daughter, Margaret Ann Harper; one sister and one grandson.
Survivors include her son James “Jim” W. Harper, Jr. and wife Linda of Greensboro, and daughter, Donna Harper Westmoreland of Clemmons; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Mrs. Harper devoted her life to the Lord and all her family and was an active member of St. John’s United Methodist Church of Greensboro.
The family will receive friends today, Friday, December 12, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00p.m. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel.
