A celebration of Nancy’s life will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 12, 2012 in the Sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church. A visitation of family and friends will follow in the Virginia Gilmer Room behind the Sanctuary.
Nancy was a life-long resident of Greensboro and was the daughter of Eunice Bowen and William H. Bogart, Sr. Her parents and brother Bill Bogart, Jr preceded her in death.
As a lifetime and active member of First Presbyterian Church, she was a Sunday School teacher and taught in the Church Kindergarten. She attended Greensboro High School, St Mary’s College and graduated from UNC Greensboro. Her love for children, crafts and chocolate were a constant theme. Spending time playing Chickenfoot with her grandchildren and sneaking Hershey’s Kisses were some of her favorite pastimes. She will surely be remembered for her quick wit, friendly disposition, and kind spirit.
She is survived by her husband Randolph M (Randy) Kabrich, Jr; sons, Randolph Kabrich, III of Florida, William Kabrich and his wife Susie of Greensboro, and Jim Kabrich and his wife Laura of Charlotte; as well as 6 grandchildren: Christopher Kabrich, William Kabrich, Jack Kabrich, Luke Kabrich, Claire Kabrich and Case Kabrich.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a memorial gift to First Presbyterian Church, 617 N. Elm St., Greensboro, NC 27401 or to a charity of one’s choice.
