Mr. Ned Otis Rhudy was born September 2, 1944 and passed away on November 15, 2023. A graveside service will be at 1 PM, Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Westminster Gardens officiated by Reverend Dr. Don Clement.
Ned was educated in Greensboro and graduated with honors from Bessemer High School in 1962 as treasurer of the Beta Club. He attended the yearly conference of the National Beta Club in Asheville, NC in his junior year.
In 1962, Ned immediately enrolled in the Greensboro Division of Guilford College downtown where he pursued studies while working full time and attending classes at night. He was inducted into the Army on April 11, 1966 and served for approximately two years earning an early out in February of 1968 by extending his tour on the DMZ in South Korea.
In 1970 Ned and Patsy Ruth Hadley married and had 51 wonderful years together. She is waiting for him along with the Master in Glory. May God the Father, Jehovah, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit receive all the praise and adoration forever.
