My heart is completely broken for myself and the family. Patricia, Ray and all 3 kids have been such a warm spot in my life since 1996 when we worked together. They really became family and we have shared some unforgettable moments.  The wisdom that Pat had imparted in my life will remain forever. I absolutely love everything she was and will forever be to me. I didn't talk to her often but when I did it was like we never lost a day.  I am comforted in knowing that she rests now in her Father's  arms and that she leaves behind a strong legacy that will carry on doing great things for others and the community.  Gone but never forgotten. Love you Pat 😍

Sending prayers, love, and hugs to the family of Mrs. Benton. It was an honor to know her and to be loved by her. The family medicine center halls will never be the same. It was a joy to care for her over the years. Her smile, hugs, and sassiness will be truly missed. She was always intentional about asking "how are you doing" etc., when it was supposed to be about her. I will def miss walking her out after her appt to make sure she made it safely to her car and that million-dollar smile! She will forever be in our hearts! <3

To the family and friends of Mrs. Benton , I wish to express my sincere condolences on her passing . Ms. Patricia was by far one of the sweetest ladies that I have had the pleasure of ever knowing. My day was made brighter by her presence. I always got a smile, a great big hug, kind words, and a small token of her appreciation of some sort at every visit. She truly loved all of us at Cone Family Medicine and it was an honor to care for her. She will be sorely missed by all. Rest well Ms. Pat you'll never be forgotten.
