Mrs. Rosemary Glennen Behrens, 96 of Greensboro, died Monday, June 2, 2014 at Moses Cone Hospital.
A memorial mass will be held Wednesday, 3:00 p.m., at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church by Fr. Eric Kowalski.
Rosemary was born October 7, 1917 in Bronx, NY, the daughter of Thomas Glennen and Beatrice Bancker Glennen.
She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church where she was involved as a Catholic Daughter, Altar Society, Womens Club and the Council of Catholic Women of Greensboro. She also enjoyed cooking and sewing. Rosemary was a former resident of Dolan Manor.
In addition to her parents, Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Behrens; daughter, Rosemary Kent and her great grandson, Andrew Swist.
Survining are her daughters, Irene Pritchell and Pat Behrens, both of Greensboro and Barbara Michelsohn of Anchorage, Alaska; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
