Thomas Shaw Kenion Sr.

Tom was the youngest child of Alonzo Walker and Glenora Crawford Kenion. He was predeceased by his parents; sisters, Josephine K. Patterson and Mary Frances Kenion; and brothers, Alonzo, Edmund and Eugene (Dick).

Tom graduated from Duke University in 1958 and was employed by Blue Bell/Wrangler/VF for 39 years.

He is survived by his wife, Jerry Mann Kenion, daughter, Paula Kenion, son, Thomas "Shaw" Kenion, Jr. and wife Kelly, grandson, Walker Kenion, 2 nephews, and 6 nieces. Tom is also survived by close family friend, Jean Hylton, who shared his interest in the outdoors and compassion for animals.

The memorial service will be held at the Chapel of Westminster Presbyterian Church 3906 West Friendly Avenue, Greensboro on Saturday, January 17 at 2 PM followed by a reception in the Fellowship Hall. His ashes will be committed later to the Kenion family plot in Hillsborough, NC.
