Yiep was a wonderful, sweet and kind person.  I miss him and will always remember his smile and laugh.  It broke my heart to see him lose his health, his freedom, and the career he loved to leukemia and the side effects of the treatments.  I hope to see him again one day in a better place.  He will always have a place in my heart.

To my brother that will be greatly missed and Sorry I wasn't able to make there in time to at least speak with you and tell you how muched I loved you ... REST IN PEACE

My condolences to Yiep's family.  I worked with him at Bernard Robinson and enjoyed his company.  It was my pleasure to work with him.  He is resting now and he is no longer in pain nor is he suffering.

We were part of the Executive Officers Team when Yiep was President of the Asian Students Association Club at UNCG. He was a very thoughtful and endearing person. He always looked out for the better of the organization and the members. We are so sorry to hear about your loss and he will be missed dearly.

We knew Yiep and his brother Sos when we worked together at "UMI OF JAPAN" in Four Seasons Mall. Yiep was still in high school at that time. He was very polite and always offered help with smile. We are sory to hear his passing at such young age. He is one of the kindest and caring person we have ever had the honor of knowing. He will be greathy missed. Yiep, Abigail, and I visited my elderly Mother in Danville one hot summer's afternoon about 5 or 6 years ago. It was my first meeting with him and I was struck by his winsome smile, courteous demeanor, and his thoughtfulness. He took a bouquet of flowers to my Mother and she was overwhelmed by his thoughtfulness. My sister had died several months prior to Yiep's visit, and the gentle, genteel offering of lovely flowers to my Mother meant more to her(and to me as well)than anyone can ever know. That one gesture of kindness and understanding bespoke the authentic nature of Yiep's deep heart and regard for others.
 I extend my heartfelt condolences to each of Yiep's relatives  for the profound loss and  grief that you and every person in your family must be feeling.

Yiep was a kind and caring individual with a heart of love, and I am so blessed to have known such a wonderful person.  I am appreciative of the time I was able to get to know Yiep at UNCG through the graduate program.  I pray for peace and comfort over those who have suffered such a great loss. I knew Yiep and his brother Sos when they attended Royal Ambassadors at First Baptist Church(Greensboro) We went camping together, told ghost stories, and played basketball in the winter. I also worked in the same building as he did and spoke to him on occasion. My prayers go out to his family in this time of remembrance.
