Zoran Matore, age 70, of Greensboro, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday July 9, 2024. He was born on September 30,1953 in Prijedor, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Zoran was a hardworking mechanic who made many friends everywhere he went. In his free time, he liked spending time with his family, working on cars, and going on the lake with his boat.
Zoran was preceded in death by his mother Antonija Matore and by his father Vladimir Matore. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Drenka Matore; his daughter Ana Matore-Corbett and her husband Michael of Greensboro, NC ; his son Darko Matore of Charleston, South Carolina; his two grandsons Jalen Corbett and Cameron Corbett as well as numerous cousins and relatives in Bosnia.
There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday July 19, 2024 at Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel, 6000 West Gate City Blvd., Greensboro, NC 27407.
