Jacqueline Patricia Hammons

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jacqueline Patricia Hammons, who left us peacefully on August 30th, 2024. At the age of 82, she was a beloved Mom, Grandma and "GG" whose love and kindness touched the lives of everyone she met.

Born on August 18th, 1942, Jacqueline was a pillar of strength and a source of endless love for her family. She is survived by her sisters Karla Boss and Kim Kouyoumdjian; Her five children: Wendy Valentin, Tina Moore, Stacy Aquino, Glen Hammons, and Paula Hammons. Her legacy continues through her 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Mother Evelyn Baughman, Husband of 39 years Rolland Hammons, and grandson Joshua Aquino.

A memorial visitation for family and friends will be held at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on Friday, September 6, 2024 from 12:00 noon until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 pm. Online condolences can be made to the family at www.gilliland-howe.com.
