Pauline L. Woodall Bray

Pauline L. Bray 89 of Greensburg, IN. passed away Thursday July 5, 2012 at the Morning Breeze Nursing Home Greensburg. She was born July 28, 1922 in Somerset, KY., the daughter of James W. and Bertha A. (Ballard) Woodall. She was a member of the First Baptist Church Greensburg, and a Homemaker. She married James Wilson Bray on March 18, 1939 in Somerset, KY and he preceded her in death. Survivors include: seven Daughters: Arlene (Jim) Ernstes of Jackson, TN, Margaret (Lafayette) May of Greenwood, IN, Lucille (Al) Bowling of Florence, KY, Carolyn (Dick) Hoffman of Denver, CO, Sandy Jones of Greensburg, IN, Dian (Sam) Young of Lebanon, IN, and Linda (Dave) Hellmich of Greensburg, IN; seven Sons: Onvie (Betty) Bray of Bloomington, IN, Ray (Kay) Bray of Cincinnati, OH, Larry Bray of Greensburg, IN, Earl (Donna) Bray of Wyoming, James (Marita) Bray of Honolulu, HI, Kenny (Cindy) Bray of Hamilton, OH, and Don Bray of Navarra, FL.; two Sisters: Nannie (Richard) Sparks and Iva Wessler both of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by 34 Grandchildren 48 Great Grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband James, Five sisters, Two Brothers, Two Grandchildren and One Great Grandchild. Friends may call at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home 110 E. North Street, Greensburg, IN., 47240 on Sunday July 8, 2012 from 1:00 until time of service 4:00 pm. Additional funeral service will be held at the Eden Baptist Church in Somerset, KY, on Monday July 9, 2012 at 2:00 pm with burial in the Eden Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to the Evan Allen Snyder Fund. Evan Allen was the Great Grandson of Pauline Bray. This fund provides Monetary support to families during the loss of a newborn; such as new clothing, help with burial expenses and other various accrued expenses at that time.
