Robert Edward Bullard, 72 of New Point, passed away on Wednesday, November 06, 2013, at the Parkwood Health Care Center in Lebanon, IN. He was born on March 5, 1941 in St. Paul, Indiana, the son of William Bullard and Nellie Miller.
Robert served in the United States Air Force for over 23 years until his retirement in 1984. On December 18, 1972 he married Corazon Lagarde-Bullard in a Catholic Church in the Philippians.
Survivors include his wife Cora, his Son - Edwin Bullard, his Sister - Wilma Spears, two Brothers - Kenny Bullard and Fred Miller, two brothers-in-law - Elino & Marcia Lagarde, and five Sisters-in-law – Linda (James) Osborn, Fe (Terry) Tobin, Lilia (Rick) Hart, Ceferina (Alan) Hall, and Ligaya Lagarde. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 10 from 12PM – 4PM at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home. Robert’s Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 11 at 11AM also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Rossburg Cemetery in New Point.
