IN THE CARE OF
Gilliland Howe Funeral Home
Stacey Renee Land, 43, of Greensburg passed away on July 10, 2018 at Methodist Hospital. She was born on August 16, 1974 in Greensburg, the daughter of William and Dorothy (Martin) Land. Stacey worked at Gecom in Greensburg since 2016 and recently was very excited that she was promoted to full time. She had three children, Kristopher, Ashley, and Harley all of which she cherished every minute with. Last week she spent the whole week with them on vacation and tragically on the drive home she suffered a brain stem stroke. Her last motherly action was being able to stop the car and protect her youngest daughter. Stacey loved music, dancing, and her family.
She is survived by her children, Kristopher Jones, Ashley (Shane) Barnes, and Harley Jones; grandchildren, Jacob Barnes and Karaline Stevens; sisters, Cathy (John) Powell and Debbie Templeton. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation for family and friends will be held at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 11:00 am until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:00 pm. Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to help the children with expenses and a monument. Online condolences can be made to the family at www.gilliland-howe.com
