Steven Allen Vanderpohl

Steven A. Vanderpohl, 54 of Greensburg, passed away on July 30, 2016 at his residence. Steven was born on October 7, 1961 in Greensburg, the son of Clifford and Stella (Burkhart) Vanderpohl. He was a 1980 graduate of Greensburg High School. On August 30, 2008, he married Audrey Polly-Knight at the Westport Baptist Church and she survives.

Other survivors include his daughter Amber Vanderpohl of Indianapolis, his son Matthew Vanderpohl of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, his mother Stella Vanderpohl of Greensburg, his sisters Bonnie (Ron) Frazier and Brenda (Paul) Dall of Greensburg, his brother Dale Vanderpohl of McCordsville, step children Amber Fixmer and Ryan Knight of Greensburg, three step grandchildren, one niece and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his father.

Steven worked for 27 years at Delta Faucet, but has worked as a machine operator at Nipro in Westport for the last 6 years. He attended the First Church of God in Greensburg. He enjoyed fishing and golfing.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, from 11AM until the time of the funeral service at 1PM at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home, with Darren Covington officiating.
