Hard to believe that you have been gone for a year. Miss you my dear cousin

A year ago today, I lost one of my dear friends.....she was my soul sister, along with Vi Gilbert,  and we had so much fun, going out to eat, going to the Fair and having long spiritual talks. We always went out to eat and exchanged gifts for Christmas. Once she gave me a wooden plaque that said, "I love you because....." It is hanging on my livingroom wall and I think of her every day, when I see it.  I miss her so much, but I know she is one of the most beautiful Angels in Heaven! <3

Even though we had only known each other for a short time, we had a lot of fun .  You have been the best mother-n-law/grandmother to my daughter and grandson. Thank you for that.  We will get down to San Diego in our next life. I will always love ❤️ you.

I was so sorry to hear of Debbie's passing.  
 What a wonderful person she was. I have very fond memories of Debbie during the years that you boys were in school.  She was always the best mom and she loved her family deeply!   She always had a smile on her face.
 My deepest sympathies to all of you in this time of loss.   Please know that you are in my thoughts.

I’ve known Debbie for years, ever since our boys played sports together. I also worked with Debbie at the BRC on Rosewood 3 for years. I always enjoyed talking, laughing, and working with her. I will miss her, her laugh and her smile. 
Eric, sons and family, may God give you comfort and peace at this difficult time. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Everyone who knew Deb best has their precious memories.  We all tend to only "know" a person in regards to our specific relationship to them.  So, the memories I would like to share are going to be about some of her different interests.  I first met her through a presentation I did at a therapeutic massage  and alternative healing business there in Greenville.  She was among a group of 15 to 20 people interested in the topic, and by the end of it, I saw that she was tremendously empathic and moved by the information shared.  First Contact!  

Then, in the Summer of 2017 I was offering my last public class on making a personal 'Sacred Staff'.  You can see her in the photograph, as things drew to a conclusion.  It was a long workshop, lasting at least 4 hours---and we worked on things outside in my back yard.  Due to her disabilities, she remained as comfortably as possible at the table on the deck for most of the afternoon, and it was a lovely day.  I had the privilege to work with her quite a bit that day.  She said she knew exactly how she wanted it to look, because she had seen it "full blown" in her mind's eye the day before.  Deb had an extremely sensitive gift for the creatures of Mother Earth, as well as flowers, gardens, and natural spaces---and she wanted suggestions for all of that on her staff.  I fondly recall that day; folks laughing, chatting, and making new friends while also making their magical staffs.

Deb also sent me a very beautiful 'thank you' card via the post after the class was completed.  So very thoughtful and caring as well as gentle.

I also got to know another side of Deb during these past couple of years prior to her serious health confinement.  Deb was a Patriot.  She shared visionary dreams she'd had, and we had many Facebook Messenger conversations about the State of the Country (and the World).  Her insights and passion will be greatly missed---but I have a feeling that she's going to be quite active from the Other Side.  God Bless!

I was so very shocked and sad to hear of Debbie's sudden passing on Friday. She was such a sweet lady and it was my pleasure to care for her during her stay on  the ARU at Ball Hospital. My prayers and thoughts are with her dear husband who visited everyday and the rest of her family at this difficult time. 

My dear soul sister... my heart is so sad beyond belief... I can’t  believe you are gone. The three of us made so many memories , and shared a real sister-bond.  I will love you and miss you forever....

Rick & I are so sorry for your loss of Debbie. She took care of my Dad Elmer  Stuck at the Brethren Home.  She was a kind & loving nurse. We are praying for all the family. God Bless. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
