Sara G. Bugher

Sara G. Bugher, age 83 of Greenville, Ohio passed away peacefully at her home, on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 9:10 PM. Born in Greenville, on May 9, 1940 she was a daughter to the late Elgar & Eloise (Saylor) Seman. Sara was a graduate of Greenville High School class of 1958. She was a member of Greenville Missionary Church, and was an avid Bible reader. Sara had worked at the Brethren’s Retirement Community as a nurse’s aide, and then became a babysitter and homemaker. In her free time she enjoyed baking & gardening. She will be deeply missed. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son Stephen Paul Bugher: sister Nancy Jo Grimes: brother-in-laws Charles Lockhart; Roy Fitzwater.

Survived by her husband of 58 years, Thomas Bugher, whom she married in June of 1965: son Brian & Christy Bugher: grandchildren Dylan & Ashley Bugher; Josh Baker: sisters RuthAnn Lockhart-Fitzwater; Marian & Mark Loy: 5 nephews & 2 nieces: 9 great-nephews; 3 great-nieces: 4 great-great nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Oak Grove Cemetery, Ft. Jefferson, Ohio with Pastor Gary Oser presiding.
