Art enjoyed family, friends, talking with anyone who would lend an ear! Everyone was worthy of taking the time to be offered a smile or a kind word. He loved researching anything and was constantly learning. He loved playing games, especially with good conversation and laughs.
He loved his Savior and church attendance and gathering were of high priority to him. Til we meet again my precious husband, I love you!
Art is survived by his wife, Wilma and children Artie Metcalf, Nathan Metcalf, Enoch Metcalf, Meribeth Morgan, 14 grandchildren, Kimball Metcalf (brother), and Suzanne Baldwin (sister), and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 8508 Pelham Rd., Greenville, SC 29615 on Monday, May 19th. Visitation will be from 10am-10:45am and service to follow at 11am.
