Barbara Ross Fowler, wife of the late Thomas R. Fowler, passed away March 20, 2016 in Greenville, SC. She was the daughter of the late Mary Cothran and Charles W. Ross, Sr. Barbara graduated from Taylors High School and Draughns Business College.
She is survived by her children, Anthony Alan Fowler of Taylors, SC; and Brian Thomas Fowler and his wife Kristy Pratt Fowler of Greenville, SC; grandchildren Kasey Fowler, Jake Fowler, and Abigail Kate Fowler, all of Greenville, SC. She is also survived by her sister Juanita Ross Thompson of
Greenville, SC and brother Kenneth Ross of Shelby, NC. She was predeceased by her sister Eloise Ross Adams and brothers Charles W. Ross and James C. Ross.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 1:30pm at the Chapel at Woodlawn Funeral Home. A visitation will precede the service from 12:00-1:00pm, and a burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Overbrook Baptist Church, 1705 East North Street, Greenville, SC 29607.
