Barbara had a warm heart and a generous spirit. She loved cooking meals for her family and watching her favorite daytime TV soap operas. When the weather was nice, she enjoyed tending to her garden or working around the yard. Barbara also had a delightful hobby of collecting anything frog-related—a passion that brought her much joy over the years. She cherished the time she spent working alongside her son in his business, always proud to lend a helping hand.
Barbara is survived by her sons, Jeff (Sherri) Harris and Joey Harris; grandchildren, Brittany (Michael) Merheb, Amber (Jake) Earls, Jeffrey (Arianna) Harris, Zoe Harris, and Cole Harris; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her mother, Annie Pearl Caldwell, five sisters, and two great-grandchildren.
Services for Barbara will be held on Friday at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1 Pine Knoll Drive, Greenville, SC 29609. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
