She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Henderson Sawyer and her sisters, Frances Harris Shongo and Doris Harris Haynes. Billie is survived by her children and their spouses Cheryl Sawyer Hunt (William Hodges Hunt) and Richard Ray Sawyer (Missy Dail Sawyer). She has six grandchildren, Richard McMillin Sawyer, Jesse Kirk Hunt, Cameron Lewis Sawyer, Sawyer Hodges Hunt, Samuel Henderson Sawyer, and Zachary Thomas Sawyer.
A Memorial Service will be held at Mackey Mortuary Sunday, May 8 at 3:00 pm.
