Carol Ann Schott went home to be with the Lord, after a two-year struggle with cancer, on Thursday February 20, 2020.

Carol was born November 19, 1944 in Danville, Illinois to Marilyn (Bunting) Geibel and Richard Geibel.

Carol married Thomas Schott on August 13th, 1985 in Long Beach, California.

Carol worked as a secretary at BLMC for 20 years and was always organized.

Carol loved traveling and gardening.

Carol is survived by; son Chris Schott; and daughter-in-law Jaime Hammer; Step-Son Tom Schott; Step-Daughter Kathy Tiller and sister Susan Huff.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband Tom Schott; son Jeff Geibel; father Richard Geibel and mother Marilyn (Bunting) Geibel.

A Celebration of Life Service for Carol will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 6:00 PM at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1 Pine Knoll Drive, Greenville, SC 29609.
