Gideon Michael Carr, 21, of 106 Dexter Dr went to be with Jesus on Monday, December 10,2018. He was the son of Thomas John Carr and Dorothy Jean VanDeraa Carr. In addition to his parents, he is survived by three sisters, Keturah (Christopher) Danigel, Esther Carr, and Jessica Carr, and two brothers, Andrew Carr and Josiah Carr, and two nephews Sean Palmer and Lucas Carr, and three nieces Kylee Bruno, Hannelore and Melody Danigel and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his brother, Nathaniel Joseph Carr, two uncles, Andrew VanDeraa III and Kenneth W. VanDeraa, and his paternal grandparents Thomas and Helen Carr, and his maternal grandparents Andrew and Retha VanDeraa. The family will receive friends Monday the 17th from 11am to 1pm at Freedom Baptist Church with the funeral immediately following.
