Surviving are his loving wife of 30 years, Patricia Chapman Owen; a son, Donnie Owen; a daughter, Chelsea Owen; two stepdaughters, Melissa McClain and Jessica Steadings; a sister, Janet Owen; a brother, Joey Owen; and five grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 2:00pm at The Mackey Mortuary. Visitation will follow the service until 4:00pm.
