James Cleveland Belue

Born on December 22, 1934 in Union, SC, he was the son of Cecil Belue and Josephine Williamson Crews. Mr. Belue was a 1953 graduate of Paris High School and went on to serve as a mechanic in the US Army stationed in Nuremberg, Germany. He was a 1960 graduate of Clemson University in ceramic engineering. He retired from Owens Corning Fiberglass after 30 years as International Project Manager. He was a member of Buncombe Street United Methodist Church. His hobbies included golf, boating and tutoring math at United Ministries.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Belue is survived by two sons, Dave Belue and his wife Ann, and Dan Belue; one sister, Linda Turner and her husband Boyd; two grandchildren, Alex Belue and Kelly Fulks and her husband Nathan. Mr. Belue was predeceased by one sister, Barbara Ann Latham; and two brothers, Gary Belue and Danny Belue.

The memorial service will be held Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Buncombe Street United Methodist Church. Family members will receive guests following the service.
