Lonie M. Morgan Holcombe, 88, of Greenville passed away on May 19, 2013 after a brief illness. She was born in Greenville county on May 16, 1925 to Woodford and Ella Riley Abee. Lonie was preceded in death by husbands: Eules Morgan and Clifton Holcombe; a sister: Emma Abee Taylor and a brother: Melvin Abee, all of Greenville. Lonie retired from J.P. Stephens Monaghan Plant and was a member of Grace Temple Church. Surviving children are: Eules T. and wife Bobbie Morgan, Mitchel D. and wife Kelly Morgan and Linda M. Stierwalt. Stepchildren: Doug and wife Darlene Holcombe, Steve Holcombe, and Bonnie and husband Bobby Anders. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Services will be Thursday May 23 at 11:00 at Woodlawn Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at 10:00 prior to the funeral. www.woodlawn-fh.com
